Wise May is looking for a Legal EA to support the Commercial Real Estate Team at a leading London Law Firm in the West End. With previous experience in commercial real estate, you will support 3 Partners with diary management, travel booking and billing. This is a full time, permanent role with hybrid working (3 days a week in the office, 2 days remote) and the hours are 9:30am-5.30pm.
Legal EA duties and responsibilities:
- Extensive and efficient diary management, across multiple time zones.
- Email management and archiving of emails.
- Coordination and booking of travel arrangements.
- Billing and invoicing of clients.
- Proactively updating and maintaining client information.
- Filing, document management, opening new matters and archiving.
- Other ad hoc tasks when required.
Legal EA key skills and experience required:
- Commercial Real Estate Experience within a Law firm.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
- Experience of using case management software.
- Demonstrable experience with legal billing.
- Judgement and problem solving.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
