Wise May are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a US Law firm in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to assist this tight knit and busy local team, working alongside the wider Talent team. This is a full time, 12 month fixed term contract. The role has hybrid working (4 days in the office / Friday remote), and the hours are 09:30-17:30.

Recruitment Coordinator duties and responsibilities:

  • Management of the CV portal; reviewing applications and ensuring great candidate management and strong external relationships.
  • Coordinate interviews, liaising with partners, secretaries and recruitment agencies.
  • Assist with offer documentation, compliance and onboarding.
  • Maintain internal records and produce reports.

Recruitment Coordinator skills and experience required:

  • Demonstrable experience working in recruitment within professional services, ideally Legal.
  • Ability to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Clear verbal and written communication.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
