Office Manager – West End – £45,000 12 month FTC Hybrid working, 09:00-18:00 Wise May are looking for an Office Manager to join our client, a friendly and dynamic law firm based in the West End. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team who reward hard work. Duties to include: Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and productivity Develop and implement policies, systems, and procedures to enhance performance Manage office infrastructure, IT systems, and supplier relationships Support the leadership team in business development and strategic initiatives Event Management and Planning Website and social media management Legal Directory/Award submissions Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements Manage professional indemnity insurance and other insurance policies Act as the point of contact for audits and regulatory reviews Oversea client onboarding/KYC Supervise administrative and support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture Assist with staff appraisals, career development, and well-being initiatives Recruitment: Scheduling interviews, drafting employment contracts, sourcing references/DBS checks Pension uploads
