Wise May are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a US Law firm in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to assist this tight knit and busy local team, working alongside the wider Talent team. This is a full time, 12 month fixed term contract. The role has hybrid working (4 days in the office / Friday remote), and the hours are 09:30-17:30.
Recruitment Coordinator duties and responsibilities:
- Management of the CV portal; reviewing applications and ensuring great candidate management and strong external relationships.
- Coordinate interviews, liaising with partners, secretaries and recruitment agencies.
- Assist with offer documentation, compliance and onboarding.
- Maintain internal records and produce reports.
Recruitment Coordinator skills and experience required:
- Demonstrable experience working in recruitment within professional services, ideally Legal.
- Ability to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Clear verbal and written communication.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
