Wise May is looking for a Legal EA to support the Commercial Real Estate Team at a leading London Law Firm in the West End. With previous experience in commercial real estate, you will support 3 Partners with diary management, travel booking and billing. This is a full time, permanent role with hybrid working (3 days a week in the office, 2 days remote) and the hours are 9:30am-5.30pm.

Legal EA duties and responsibilities:

  • Extensive and efficient diary management, across multiple time zones.
  • Email management and archiving of emails.
  • Coordination and booking of travel arrangements.
  • Billing and invoicing of clients.
  • Proactively updating and maintaining client information.
  • Filing, document management, opening new matters and archiving.
  • Other ad hoc tasks when required.

Legal EA key skills and experience required:

  • Commercial Real Estate Experience within a Law firm.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Experience of using case management software.
  • Demonstrable experience with legal billing.
  • Judgement and problem solving.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
