Wise May are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join a US Law firm in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to assist this tight knit and busy team, working alongside the Associate Director of the Learning & Development team. This is a full time, permanent role. The role has hybrid working (4 days in the office / Friday remote), and the hours are 09:30-17:30.

Learning & Development Coordinator duties and responsibilities:

  • Managing compliance processes, including tracking certifications, renewals, and mandatory training completion.
  • Supporting visa tracking and renewal processes.
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes from an L&D perspective.
  • Supporting wider L&D projects, surveys, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assisting with external training bookings, invoices, and expenses.

Learning & Development Coordinator key skills and experience required:

  • Demonstrable experience in an L&D administrative or coordination role.
  • Professional services experience, preferably in a law firm or legal services.
  • High attention to detail, particularly with data and reporting.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to build a career within L&D.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
