- Responsibleforthevalidationoffacultativeentriesandrisksinaccountingandunderwritingsystems,maintaininghighstandardsofdatagovernance.
- ProvidestrategicoversightofdataintegrityacrossassignedLinesofBusinesswhethermanagedinternallyorthroughoutsourcedpartners.
- OverseethecorrectinputandauditofTerms&Conditionsintheaccountingsystem,implementingrobustqualityassuranceprotocols.
- Ensurecompletenessandaccuracyintherecordingofaccountandclaimsadvices,drivingaccountabilityacrossteams.
- ServeasaseniorliaisonbetweenUnderwriting,Claims,brokers,cedents,andoutsourcedteamstoresolvecomplexdiscrepanciesandensurealignmentacrossstakeholders.
- Identify,document,andescalateissuesrelatedtooutsourceddeliverables,ensuringtimelyresolutionandcontinuousimprovement.
- Governoutsourcedinitiatives,ensuringadherencetocontractualobligations,qualitybenchmarks,anddeliverytimelines.
- Analyseandinterpretinternalreportstomonitorclientaccountsandperformancemetrics,providingactionableinsightsandstrategicrecommendationstoseniorstakeholders.
- Championknowledgesharingandcollaborationacrossinternalteamsandexternalpartners,fosteringacultureoftransparencyandcontinuouslearning.

- Supervisetheaccuracyandcompletedocumentationforunderwriting,accounting,andclaimswithintheDocumentManagementSystem(DMS).
- ConductpaymentsanctionsandembargoscreeningsbyreviewingrelevantlistsandescalatetoUnderwritingorLegalteamsforfurtherassessmentwhennecessary.
- Serveasakeypointofaccountabilityforbothinternalandexternalaudits,includingthoseconductedbythirdpartiesandlocalregulatorybodies.
- Overseecashflowactivities,includingthesetupofclientbankaccountswithintheaccountingsystem.
- EnsurethatProcessingofincomingandoutgoingpaymentsisaccurateandexecutedinatimelymanner.
- Trackandfollowuponoutstandingpaymentsandunresolvedbalancesrelatedtotheoutsourcedportfolioanddesignatedcontracts.
