Wise May are looking for an HR Advisor to join a collaborative Financial Management Services firm in the City of London. This role is a hands on and varied role, that will require providing professional HR support to all areas of the business, in line with the company and regulatoryrequirements.

This role is permanent and full-time position, offers a hybrid working structure of 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely - With the working hours if 9am - 5:30pm.

HR Advisor Duties Include:

  • Own and manage the operational delivery of the employee lifecycleactivities arecompleted accurately, compliantly and within agreed timelines.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for employees andmanagers on HR policies
  • Take responsibility for the end-to-end administration and executionof HR processes, ensuring a high level of accuracy and consistency
  • Coordinate and administer routine employee relations processes
  • Manage the administration and ongoing operation of employeebenefits, acting as the key internal contact for providers andemployees
  • Own the integrity and maintenance of the HRIS (BambooHR) andemployee records, ensuring all employment data are accurate, up to date, secure and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Produce, analyse and maintain HR operational reporting
  • Manage visa and right-to-work administration, maintaining accuratedocumentation, monitoring key deadlines, supporting visa-relatedprocesses.
  • Provide operational HR support across the business, ensuringpeople-related records, processes and compliance activities areeffectively managed and maintained, including supportingemployment status reviews
  • Assist with Ad-hoc tasks as and when requested by the Senior HRManager

HR Advisor Experience Required:

  • Previous experience using BambooHR or a similar HRinformation system (HRIS)
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information withdiscretion, professionalism and integrity

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR administration or similarHR operations role
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards CIPD Level 3 (orequivalent)
