Wise May is looking for a Legal Executive Assistant to support the Heads of their Corporate and Financial Services divisions and their wider teams at an inclusive Law firm in the City of London, where employees are treated with respect and encouraged to share new ideas. This is a full time, permanent role with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and the hours are 09:30 - 17:30.
Legal Executive Assistant duties and responsibilities:
- Working within the Legal Support Team you will provide high‑level support to three Heads of Departments and their respective teams
- Organising and supporting internal and external meetings
- Extensive and efficient diary management
- Managing all travel and logistics
- Liaise with other departments
Legal Executive Assistant key skills and experience required:
- Current experience providing Executive Assistant support at a senior executive level, within the Legal sector
- An understanding of partnership structure / dynamics
- Proven ability to demonstrate sensitivity and discretion in the execution of their role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong time‑management and organisational skills
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new software and systems
