Wise May are looking for a Legal EA Manager to join a leading Employment Law firm based in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal EA with previous management experience to lead a team of four EAs whilst continuing to provide high level support to fee earners. This is a varied role combining people management with hands on Executive Assistant responsibilities, including diary management, travel coordination, billing and client support. This is a full time, permanent, office based role and the hours are 9:00am-5.30pm.
Legal EA Manager duties and responsibilities:
- Managing a team of four Executive Assistants and overseeing work allocation across the team.
- Extensive and efficient diary management.
- Coordination and booking of travel arrangements.
- Billing and invoicing of clients.
- Proactively updating and maintaining client information.
- Filing, document management and archiving.
- Supporting and mentoring team members.
- Other ad hoc tasks when required.
Legal EA Manager key skills and experience required:
- Demonstrable experience as a Legal EA within Employment Law in a Law firm.
- Previous management or team leadership experience.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
- Experience of using case management software.
- Demonstrable experience with legal billing.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
