Job Description
Wise May are currently working with an International Law Firm to recruit a Billing Coordinator to coordinate all aspects of billings for their assigned attorneys and clients.
This is a permanent, full time, fully remote role with the option to work in their prestigious office in Central London. The salary range is £45,000 – £55,000 excellent benefits.
Billing Coordinator duties and responsibilities
- Review, edit, and process prebills and prepare final invoices for transmittal to clients.
- Review and monitor rates and pricing.
- Review and update daily, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Perform reconciliations and adjustments.
- Assist collections team as needed.
- Responds to client inquiries.
- Maintain bill profiles on client billing requirements, maintain filing systems according to firm policies and procedures.
- Maintain and disseminate information on special client time reporting and billing requirements.
- Assist assigned attorneys with miscellaneous billing and collection matters.
Billing Coordinator key skills and experience required:
- Demonstrable billing experience in a law firm or other large professional services organisation.
- Experience using Aderant or a similar legal billing software.
- Proficient in resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise work effectively.
