Wise May are looking for a Personal Assistant to join a busy and thriving Financial Services company. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to expand their career in Personal Assistant and Secretarial duties. As a Personal Assistant you will be supporting senior members of the business in diary management, administrative tasks and ad hoc secretarial duties. This role is 5 days per week in the office.
Personal Assistant duties include:
- Extensive diary management
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Scheduling and co-ordinating tasks and projects
- Organising and preparing for meetings
- Event management
- Attend and contribute to team meetings
- Arranging business lunches
- Uploading and submitting expenses
- Help with ad hoc tasks
Personal Assistant skills required:
