Wise May are looking for a Receptionist to join a busy travel company based in South London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied, people-focused role.
This is a Part-Time, office based role. Hours: 08:00-17:00, 3 days a week.
Receptionist duties to include
- Meet & greet guests
- Answer, Screen and forward incoming calls
- Order and maintain office stationery
- Administrative tasks
- Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure spaces are prepared
- Report office maintenance issues
- Keep reception and communal areas tidy and stocked
- Organising transport/taxi's/couriers for staff and/or clients
Receptionist skills and experience required
- Be highly organised, efficient, and self-motivated with the ability to work across a range of tasks simultaneously
- Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to get on with a wide variety of people at all levels in a range of style
- Friendly and approachable with a 'can do' attitude
