Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed. Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.
Wise Business is a core part of Wise’s mission and is one of the fastest growing parts of Wise. This role is a great opportunity to bring a step change and accelerate a product already at scale and growing rapidly. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our Accounting Integrations & Reporting (AIR) team. Your mission is to make business bookkeeping effortless by embedding Wise directly into our customers’ day-to-day accounting workflows, drastically reducing manual bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting admin. When a business can get its Wise activity cleanly into its accounting system, Wise becomes a credible primary operating account rather than a remittance tool. You will build the core platforms that eliminate manual bookkeeping, automate multi-currency financial administration and connect Wise seamlessly to local accounting ecosystems worldwide.
Qualifications
- You have at least 5+ years experience as PM with successful launches balancing user experience with deep structural backend requirements.
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable working closely with engineering teams to explore APIs, navigate data integration flows, and understand how background sync models impact user experience.
- Accounting Domain Knowledge: A solid grasp of accounting principles and financial workflows. You speak the language of bookkeeping, ledgers, reconciliation, and cash flow management.
- Ecosystem Empathy: You deeply understand the operational anxiety of running a small business, but your empathy extends to those who support them - accountants, bookkeepers, and internal finance teams.
- Proven Leader: You have led cross‑functional teams before. You know how to balance 'shipping fast' with 'building right.'
- Strategic & Tactical: You can zoom out to define the strategy but aren't afraid to dive into technical details of an API implementation.
Nice to have:
- Experience building software integrations, fintech tools, or working within B2B SaaS ecosystems.
- Prior exposure to or familiarity with major global or regional accounting platforms (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, DATEV, or similar software).
We’re people without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We want to work with the best people, no matter their background. So if you’re passionate about learning new things and keen to join our mission, you’ll fit right in. Also, qualifications aren’t that important to us. If you’ve got great experience, and you’re great at articulating your thinking, we’d like to hear from you. And because we believe that diverse teams build better products, we’d especially love to hear from you if you’re from an under‑represented demographic.
For everyone, everywhere. We're people building money without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive. We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences. Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
