Wise is seeking a principal governance advisor to partner with the Boards and Committees of our regulated subsidiaries. You will mature our subsidiary governance framework, ensure operational resilience, and navigate complex regulatory environments to enable Wise's global scale-up.
You will provide full governance and company secretarial services to the group, lead end-to-end board management, manage calendars, attestations, filings, and drive continuous governance improvement.
