Wise is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the AML squad, to lead cross-functional teams across London and Tallinn, shaping strategy for global AML controls and risk prevention. You will drive end-to-end ML/LLM driven products, collaborating with regulators and investigators, and balancing customer friction with safety.

You will own metrics, roadmaps, and the vision for the AML Prevent group, mentoring junior PMs and partnering with engineers, data scientists, and product analysts to ship.
