Wise in London is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to partner with our senior leaders to hire exceptional engineering, product, data and design leaders who will shape the future of Wise.

You will own end-to-end leadership searches, advise stakeholders on market dynamics, build inclusive pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience across global roles.

You will mentor teams and use data to refine strategy with People partners to ensure a smooth onboarding.
