This role will give you the opportunity to:
- Drive Massive Growth: Wise Business is a major growth engine for the company. You will be at the forefront of shaping how businesses interact with our brand globally.
- Own Your Output: As an assertive self-starter, you’ll have the autonomy to lead your own creative, manage your own time, and see your ideas come to life.
- Refine Your Craft: Work across an incredibly diverse mix of media—from fast-moving organic social campaigns to beautifully structured, data-heavy long‑form reports, explainer videos, testimonials and immersive physical event environments.
About you:
- Experienced Midweight: You have 3-4 years of professional design experience in an in‑house team or reputable agency, with a proven track record in branding and marketing.
- An Assertive Self-Starter: You don’t wait for permission to make things better. You take initiative, bring bold ideas to the table, and actively advocate for great design.
- A Natural Problem Solver: You look at complex briefs, data points, or tight constraints as a puzzle to be solved, always digging into the "why" to deliver strategic creative solutions.
- Meticulously Organised: You have an exceptional eye for detail, typography, hierarchy, and layout, and you thrive in a fast‑paced and demanding environment.
- Collaborative & Adaptive: You love working alongside writers and marketers to build a story, and you are comfortable navigating constructive feedback to achieve the best outcome.
Qualifications:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact branding/marketing work across both digital and print (campaigns, organic social, editorial/reports, and event collateral).
- Expert command of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of layout, grid systems, and data visualisation for editorial and long‑form content.
- Knowledge of formatting and design best practices for organic and paid social media channels.
- Experience with motion design (After Effects) or simple video editing is a strong plus.
- Ability to work in the UK. Sponsorship isn’t offered in this role.
