Working with the UK’s leading energy suppliers & local authorities, Wise Energy Solutions facilitates access to government-backed funding.
This is a full-time role for a Retrofit Assessor. Our office is based in Lytham St Anne's, with the majority of our work based all across Lancashire.
The Retrofit Assessor will conduct detailed assessments of properties, evaluate energy usage, and recommend measures for improving energy efficiency. Responsibilities include:
- Gathering property data
- Completing energy efficiency evaluations
- Creating reports in compliance with the PAS 2035 framework
- Completing technical surveys & designs for installation teams
- Supporting clients throughout the retrofit process
The retrofit assessor will be required to model and provide draft post epr documents & lodge EPC’s pre and post installation where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in conducting property assessments and evaluating energy consumption
- Strong knowledge of PAS 2035 standards and relevant retrofit practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create clear and concise reports and liaise with clients
- The candidate must already hold their Retrofit Assessor qualification and will ideally be accredited by ECMK and have previous experience with Pas Hub & Assessor Hub.
- Experience in using software tools for data collection, energy assessment & 3D plans.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy systems, or the construction industry is required - experience in Internal Wall Insulation, External Wall Insulation & Room in Roof Insulation design and installations is desirable.
- Possession of a valid full clean driver's license.
