Property Viewing Assistants! Wise Employment are working with a well-established and highly regarded Property Agency based in Truro and due to exciting growth are seeking a Property Viewing Assistant to join their company. This role is working 9am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday, where you will receive a basic salary of £23,000 per annum plus some fantastic benefits such as: 33 days’ holiday (including bank holidays), maternity/ paternity/ adoption leave, pension scheme, paid sick leave, employee ownership scheme with dividends paid to shareholders, private health care, car allowance or access to a company car if applicable. As a Property Viewing Assistant, your day to day tasks will include; arranging and conducting viewings, reporting offers any offers made to the agents, dealing with enquiry schedules and marketing updates, liaising with the agency administrators to make updates to Rightmove listings, updating brochures, dealing with rent and price reductions and mailings out, producing heads of terms, undertaking any admin tasks required, releasing keys as and when required. To be successful at this role you must: – Hold a drivers licence and own a car (all mileage will be paid for) – Have an extremely confident phone manner – able to discuss properties and input requirements effectively onto the database following training. – Have very good IT skills – working knowledge of Office 365 – Be enthusiastic and willing to learn. – Be a Team player – Enjoy working within in a fast paced environment – Have previous experience within a property business (desirable not essential). – Have recent administration/ office work If you feel you have what it takes, then please apply through this job board or contact Wise Employment Plymouth and speak with William
