To work for this prestigious client who are Exeter based and an Independent Professional Construction Consultancy, providing a range of specialist services and advice to both public and private sectors.
As a Project Coordinator you will be –
- Have a Hands On approach with Strong Work Ethic
- Calling Residents to arrange Appointments
- Strategic Planning and coordination of Diaries
- Managing own Client Programmes
- Reporting on status of Works
- Liaise and working closely with all Departments, Developers, 3rd Party Contractors and Consultants
- Have a Pro Active Approach
- Be a Confident Communicator at all levels both Oral & Written
- Monitor Timelines and work to strict Deadlines & Priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
