We are proud to be supporting this well established and expanding firm in finding a new Legal Secretary/Assistant. The role is to cover two fee earners from the Swindon offices. It is likely that you will be based within easy commuting distance of the Swindon office where you will be based from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm.

The role will entail specific work for both Wills and Probate and Private Client. Therefore specific work will need to be carried out but will entail:

  • Opening and closing of files
  • Diary organisation
  • Audio typing
  • Copy typing using templates and initiative
  • Meeting and Greeting of visitors
  • Dealing with enquiries and taking messages

In order to carry out this role you will have:

  • Preferably 2+ years' administration support in a legal environment Wills & Probate /Private Client
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proven team player with demonstrable ability to build effective and trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
