Wise Employment are currently recruiting for an experience Food and Beverage Supervisor. Working in a luxury hotel in the Plymouth area you will need to ensure you have previous experience in a supervisory position in the hospitality sector. As food and beverage manager you will be responsible for the following (not limited too) To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience To ensure all complaints are minimised and handles professionally as in accordance with our policies To supervise & manage the Restaurant team in line with company policies and manuals Work with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to maximise sales performance and achieve sales in line with targets Ensure effective control of stock and staff costs.
