Wise Employment are looking for an Electrical Test Operative to join a fantastic company based in Plymouth. This opportunity is working Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am - 12:30pm, paying £13.82 per hour, with overtime available of x 1.5.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and test products to specification
- Maintain safe, clean working practices
- Follow production documents and company standards
- Tasks may include: coil winding, loom preparation, wiring, inspection of parts and products, electrical/electronic testing, and use of semi-automatic test equipment.
Qualifications
- ONC in Electronic/Electrical Engineering
- Hands‑on experience in a similar environment
- Ability to read drawings and test specifications
- Experience with electronic test equipment and PC software
- Strong dexterity and fault‑finding skills
