An exciting opportunity has arisen in this newly created role for an experienced Sales Administrator, to give full support to the Online Sales for the business. The role will entail:
- 1st point of contact to all Customer Online Enquiries
- Deal with all queries, complaints and returns to ensure a great Customer Service experience
- Processing all orders in a timely manner
- Order Fulfilment Administration
- Full training and support given on the CRM system
