Demand Planner for an established and successful food manufacturing company based in Callington, Cornwall. This is an on-site based
permanent
role
working Monday to Friday 06.30am to 430pm . This role also includes a Competitive salary plus an

This is an instrumental role as a Demand Planner that will see you creating and maintaining forecast models for products and customers by ensuring business intelligence and forecast information is gathered from various departments. You will also liaise with retailers and customers for general demands and promotional plans Experience and skills required for a Demand Planner: Knowledge of forecasting methodologies and systems Experience of constraint planning and scheduling within food manufacturing Previous planning or scheduling experience Data and statistical analysis Strong presentation skills Strong organisational and time management skills Experience required: Build and manage short-term forecasts (weeks 0–5), ensuring accuracy Analyse sales trends, demand drivers, and promotions to improve forecast reliability. Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and retailers to align demand planning. Coordinate seasonal, promotional, and new product (NPD) planning and evaluation. Create and publish KPIs, including forecast accuracy and promotional performance. ·
