Elite Recruitment Solutions are part of the Wise Employment Group and we are looking for someone to join our award-winning expanding team to support the growth of our Commercial division.
The role of Recruitment Consultant is varied and filled with highs and lows, but ultimately rewarding. As a Recruitment Sales Consultant you will:
- Build relationships to sell recruitment services to both Candidates and Clients
- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Consult and advise Companies on their Recruitment Plans
- Grow your own business through Sales activity on the phone and face to face
- Attend Client meetings, Face to Face or via Teams
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will bring your previous sales experience and the determination to get results to your day-to-day activities. You will have excellent communication skills; both written and spoken, be able to use MS Office packages, have an excellent work ethic, and previous experience within a Sales environment; we’ll teach you the rest.
