Head of Residential Conveyancing – Lead, Innovate, and Excel!

Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking for a leadership role with a forward-thinking law firm? This is your chance to take the next big step in your career!
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Client’s Residential Conveyancing team. Whether you’re seeking a part-time role (3-4 days per week) or a full-time position, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee a high-performing Residential Conveyancing team, covering everything from sales & purchases, help to buy, remortgages, transfer of equity, and new builds
Manage and progress residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding service at all times
Network locally and generate new business opportunities
Collaborate with the team to meet client needs and drive departmental growth
Oversee case allocation, performance management, and team development
Qualified Residential Conveyancer with substantial experience as a fee earner
Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes
Proven leadership and supervisory experience within a conveyancing team
Excellent communication, client care, and relationship-building skills
Ability to network, develop business relationships, and grow a caseload
Experience managing complex new build conveyancing cases
Knowledge of agricultural conveyancing (advantageous but not essential)
