Customer Coordinator Administrator – £14.70 Per Hour – 19 Hours Per Week – Hybrid Role with flexible working pattern to suit.
Free Parking – Paid Weekly – 28 days Holiday. Temporary Post until the end of March 2025, with potential to be extended or dependant on next Year\’s Budgets possibly Temp to Perm Opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with all enquiries regarding Social Housing and signposting to the correct person or department.
- Replying to all incoming emails and possibly calls, finding out the nature of the enquiry and forwarding to the right person.
- General administration duties, such as form filling, emails, taking messages, and providing the best possible customer service.
- General office duties as part of this busy team.
Qualifications:
- Good Microsoft Office experience needed for this role.
- Patience and an empathetic nature.
- Good listening skills and an eye for detail to ensure accurate recording of information.
