Exciting opportunity for a Compliance Officer to support the Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP). Prior Legal experience is essential with a clear understanding of regulatory requirements. This is a business critical function and requires someone who is confident working on their own initiative and comfortable communicating effectively with people at all levels.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- To support/assist the COLP with all aspects of Risk and Compliance.
- To play a key role in the compliance of the Company.
- To assist with complaints and claims.
- Organise Monthly Risk and Compliance meetings and prepare agenda.
- Take notes at meetings and circulate.
- Produce monthly and Annual Compliance reports.
