Technical Customer Service Advisor – Heating Appliances (Exeter) Do you hold a Gas Safe or HETAS certification? We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading heating appliance manufacturer in Exeter as a Technical Customer Service Advisor . Key Responsibilities: Provide expert technical advice on heating appliances via phone and email to customers, retailers, and the general public. Resolve technical issues related to installation, building regulations, operations, and safety for the Company\’s and associated products. Offer fault-finding assistance and document all calls and issues on the CRM system. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Ideal Candidate: Gas Safe (CCN1, HTR1, CONGLP1, CPA1) and/or HETAS (H002, H003, H004, H006) certified. Experience in the heating industry (knowledge of solid fuel, gas, electric products a plus).
