We manufacture and supply reliable, high‑quality medicines and vaccines to meet patients' needs. Our supply chain helps bring innovations to patients efficiently. The role will lead sales and distribution activities, working closely with supply chain, customer service and planning colleagues to ensure reliable, compliant and timely product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage 0‑2 weeks order book & look‑ahead 2‑4 weeks.
- Delivery Creation Coordination – daily creation of deliveries in MERP, compliance checks, communicate with customers for short shelf‑life batches.
- Provide logistics leadership with performance trends for Right First Time (RFT).
- Sanction Market Management – licence applications, update sales orders, act as key contact for sanctions and export screening.
- Product returns to site – coordinate and execute returns after post‑goods issue.
- Supply of registration samples and ad‑hoc supply requests – coordinate shipments outside global process.
- S&D Master Data Management – manage data objects, customer material records, trade route creations via SID, etc.
- Support dispatch management – optimize dispatching of manufactured product and organize returns from local service providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics or related field, or equivalent practical experience/GCSE’s.
- Experience in sales, distribution or commercial operations.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and CRM or sales reporting tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or other regulated industries.
- Experience with demand planning, order management or route‑to‑market strategy.
- Proven track record of improving customer service metrics and delivery performance.
- Ability to analyze commercial data and translate findings into clear actions.
- Experience working in cross‑functional teams on change or continuous improvement projects.
