Position Summary
You will lead vials filling and inhalations operations at a GSK manufacturing site in the United Kingdom. You will manage day‑to‑day production, quality, safety and staffing while coaching your team to improve. You will work closely with quality, engineering and supply chain colleagues to deliver on‑time and compliant output. Responsibilities
- Lead vials filling and inhalation device production to meet safety, quality, schedule and cost targets.
- Coach and develop frontline leaders and operators to build capability and support career growth.
- Ensure regulatory compliance through clear procedures, checks and collaboration with quality teams.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency, yield and reduce waste.
- Support new product introductions and transfers with engineering, quality and supply chain colleagues.
- Own operational staffing plans, shift rostering and performance metrics reporting.
Basic Qualifications
- Significant experience managing production or operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience in filling, aseptic processing, or inhalation device operations.
