We are a specialist pharmaceutical company 100% dedicated to developing medicines to treat and prevent HIV. Born out of a partnership between GSK and Pfizer in 2009, with Shionogi joining in 2012, our ambition is to end the HIV epidemic.
As the pioneers in HIV innovation, we constantly look to push the boundaries of science to develop medicines that can change lives and give people more choice. Beyond our medicines, we are proud of our deep connection with the HIV community and work with partners to advance research and development, address HIV-related stigma, increase access to our medicines and provide funding and support to local community organisations to support their efforts in the HIV response.

As the Partnership Access Manager, you will report to the ViiV Healthcare UK National Business Director and play a pivotal role in implementing ViiV's partnership offerings to relevant healthcare professionals with budgetary responsibilities for decisions in a healthcare organisation. You will work closely with the Partnership Manager in the Market Access team and the Pathways and Patient Affairs Manager in the Medical team to ensure those who need long-acting injectable HIV treatment or prevention are able to access across the UK. Field-facing role in partnership with key account managers on which partnership offerings are appropriate. Support coherent "end-to-end" implementation: from implementation through maintenance and refinement.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with service managers, pharmacy teams, and operational stakeholders to enable sustainable access models. Engage with external partners involved in partnership delivery (e.g., third party service providers, nurse delivery services, telehealth vendors).
- Compliance, Governance & Transparency: Ensure all partnership activities are executed in full alignment with ABPI Code, internal compliance requirements, and governance frameworks—including clear separation of promotional vs non-promotional activities as outlined in access briefing materials. Maintain accurate documentation, briefing materials, and internal updates, internally and with third party providers.
- Insight Generation & Continuous Improvement: Gather operational insights from partnership implementations to inform strategic market access planning. Monitor outcomes, identify gaps, and optimise partnership solutions to maximise system value. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, and Market Access teams.
