As a Data Lifecycle Specialist, you will manage and own SAP data setup activities across product lifecycles, specifically for new product introductions (NPI) and post‑approval changes, ensuring data accuracy, traceability and compliance. You will collaborate with supply‑chain colleagues, including quality, to meet data delivery timelines that enable manufacturing and launch. Clear communication, attention to detail and a practical problem‑solving approach are valued. This role is key to delivering new products on time and improving day‑to‑day data quality.
Responsibilities:- Own and maintain master data and related records throughout the lifecycle (including shared‑data, incoming APIs, NPI and commercial stages).
- Coordinate cross‑functional data changes and ensure timely updates in SAP.
- Protect product quality by ensuring accurate, compliant data and manage corrective actions that keep launches on track.
- Attend and align to key site meetings, collaborating with multiple functions and provide relevant updates and escalations to impacted project plans.
- Promote a data culture that ensures timely task completion and RFT data quality.
- Manage and participate in continuous improvement activities to highlight and drive process improvements.
- Active participation in safety, cost and quality improvement initiatives.
This secondment / fixed‑term contract is expected to last approximately 24 months. Please ensure you have spoken with your line manager for support. Closing Date for applications Monday 11th of May 2026 (COB).
Basic Qualification:- Experience working on the ERP platform and SAP.
- Data management experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer focus and stakeholder management experience.
- GSCEs or equivalent (including Mathematics and English).
- Experience in a data management or supply‑chain environment.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks or master data standards.
- Proficiency with data tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Familiarity with change control, data governance and quality regulatory expectations.
