Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised personto support the smooth running of our office and assist with logistics, marketing, and client coordination. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organised workspace
  • Liaise directly with fulfilment clients to ensure smooth communication and service delivery

·Provide administrative and logistics support to the warehouse team, including order tracking and dispatch coordination

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and service providers
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team
  • During busy periods, assist the warehouse team with packing and dispatch tasks as needed
  • Assist with marketing tasks as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or logistics support
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Experience in a fulfilment, logistics, or warehouse environment is a plus

·Familiarity with marketing tools or social media platforms is an advantage
