Job Description
You will help create the governance foundation that allows Fraud, AML, KYC, Screening, Product Compliance, and other risk teams to build and improve controls quickly, while maintaining clear oversight, accountability, and control effectiveness.
Your key areas of ownership will include
- Data governance: Clear ownership, lineage, quality, metadata, and monitoring for data and features used in risk assessments.
- Control assurance: Continuous validation that the right triggers, data, rules, models, and outcomes are operating as intended.
- Auditability and explainability: Complete change histories, approval records, decision lineage, and audit evidence.
- Governance analytics: Dashboards for control performance, risk coverage, Key Risk Indicators, and governance health.
- Regulatory readiness: Consistent reporting, evidence, and governance standards across products, regions, and risk domains.
You will set product KPIs, own the roadmap, and work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, Product Compliance, and Internal Audit.
You will translate complex regulatory, operational, and technical requirements into scalable platform products while keeping governance simple and efficient for users.
Qualifications

- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Experience building platform, governance, compliance, risk, or B2B Saa S products.
- Experience managing technical products from strategy through delivery and adoption.
- Strong analytical, communication, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of regulated markets, compliance, audit, or risk management.
- Familiarity with data governance concepts such as quality, lineage, ownership, metadata, and data contracts.
- Good to Haves
- Experience in Fraud, AML, KYC, Screening, Transaction Monitoring, or Reg Tech.
- Experience with control assurance, audit tooling, decisioning systems, rules platforms, or machine learning governance.
- Background in financial services, payments, fintech, or another regulated industry.
- Experience building products used by multiple teams at scale.
