We are seeking a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to support children’s learning in a stimulating and creative environment. You will work with targeted groups or classes and contribute to the overall development and well-being of our students.
Responsibilities
- Support daily routines and help provide rich learning experiences.
- Confidently support colleagues during wrap-around care sessions.
- Use ICT to support learning activities.
- Actively promote a high standard of physical and personal development and well-being.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hold a relevant Level 3 Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification (or willingness to work towards it).
- Minimum requirement of grade 4 (C) in Maths and English at GCSE.
- Experience working with children.
- Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
- Knowledge of programmes or activities that can be used with a range of ages simultaneously.
- Philosophy and ethos to build strong relationships with children and parents.
- Commitment to safeguarding and the well-being of children.
