We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Analyst to join the German Speaking Regions (GSR) team, based in London. This role is designed for an early-career professional who is keen to develop a deep understanding of ETF distribution, financial markets, and client engagement across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The Sales Analyst will work closely with the GSR sales team, providing analytical, operational, and sales-support functions across the full distribution lifecycle. The role offers extensive exposure to WisdomTree’s product range, internal processes, and regional sales strategy, with a clear development path as responsibilities grow with experience.

Key Accountabilities and Scope

  • Sales & Client Support: Support the GSR sales team with day-to-day client servicing, including responding to retail enquiries and coordinating follow-ups for professional clients. Prepare client materials such as product updates, performance summaries, market commentary, and presentation decks. Assist in maintaining high-quality client communication aligned with regulatory and internal standards. Accompany senior sales colleagues to meetings, events, and roadshows where appropriate.
  • Data, Reporting & Analysis: Support sales planning and execution through preparation of reports, dashboards, and pipeline analysis. Work closely with internal data and intelligence teams to improve the efficiency and quality of sales reporting. Collect, analyse, and interpret market and product data using internal systems and external data providers. Assist with competitor analysis and market monitoring across the German-speaking regions.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Support the Head of GSR and the wider team in building and maintaining a structured sales pipeline. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of CRM systems, including data cleansing, client segmentation, and lead tracking. Convert leads into qualified opportunities through structured follow-up and internal coordination.
  • Internal Collaboration & Marketing Support: Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Operations, and Compliance teams to support sales initiatives and campaigns. Assist with proofreading, fact-checking, and minor translations between English and German for client-facing and media content (in coordination with translation agencies). Support event preparation and post-event follow-up, identifying potential opportunities and next steps.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, economics, business, or a numerate discipline.
  • Native or fluent German and fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1–2 years’ experience or strong academic exposure to financial markets, investments, or economics preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools; familiarity with financial databases (e.g. Bloomberg, Morningstar) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, international environment.
  • Proactive, curious, and motivated to learn within a fast-paced sales environment.
