WisdomTree is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our European Marketing team in London. Reporting to the Head of Digital and Campaign Marketing, the role will support the delivery of digital marketing activity across the region, with a primary focus on website content management and broader exposure across the digital marketing mix.

This role is well suited to someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and keen to develop a career in digital marketing within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Website content management: Support the delivery of content updates across the website, including document updates, blog publishing, product launches, landing pages, and compliance-related updates.
  • Email marketing: Assist with the delivery of email marketing campaigns to client and prospect audiences, including setting up email templates, preparing and uploading distribution lists, and supporting campaign deployment in line with brand and compliance requirements.
  • Social media marketing: Support the publishing of content across organic and paid social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn and Meta, assisting with content uploads and scheduling to support brand awareness and campaign objectives.
  • Web analytics and reporting: Assist with gathering and organising web analytics to help track performance and user engagement, and support the preparation of reports while developing an understanding of how data informs digital marketing decisions.
  • Support the coordination of marketing projects: Assist with the preparation of briefs, maintaining workflow updates, and ensuring marketing folders and documentation are kept up to date.
  • Quality assurance: Support quality assurance across digital marketing activity by testing emails, landing pages, and links prior to deployment, checking content across devices and browsers, and flagging any errors or inconsistencies to the team.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant digital content: Ensure compliance across owned channels, including the website, email communications, and social media platforms.
  • Provide operational and administrative support: Help ensure campaigns and content are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work with marketing, product, and compliance teams to support the execution of approved digital marketing activity.
  • Contribute to reporting and analysis: Assist with the preparation of web analytics and campaign performance updates.
  • Operate within established brand, regulatory, and governance frameworks: Escalate issues or risks to senior team members as appropriate.
  • Develop digital marketing skills: Gain platform knowledge through hands-on experience, training, and on-the-job learning.

A degree (or equivalent qualification) in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or relevant practical experience is required. An interest in digital marketing, with a basic understanding of channels such as websites, email, social media, and analytics, gained through study or practical experience is essential. Candidates should be comfortable working with digital tools and systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly. Strong written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, while following brand and compliance guidelines, are also important.
