We are seeking a candidate with at least one year of professional experience who is looking to build a long-term career in sales and account management.
As part of the rapidly growing Albemarle Street Partners business, within Wisdom Tree, this is an exciting opportunity to form an important part of the team from day one.
This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who is passionate about sales and relationship management.
The sales function at Albemarle is highly consultative and thoughtful; bringing new ‘Partners’ into the business takes time and requires a high level of focus and strong interpersonal skills to develop long- term relationships.
Within this multi-faceted role, you will be driven to deliver new leads whilst enjoying day-to- day account management, working closely with existing clients to answer queries and provide support.
Initially, the role will focus on developing your knowledge of ASPIM and supporting the Partnerships Team through meeting preparation, Salesforce management, and content delivery.
You will also have opportunities to identify and develop your own leads by attending industry events, managing follow-up activity and attending meetings.
Working closely with key stakeholders across marketing, portfolio management, and investments, this role is perfect for someone who will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment as the business continues to launch new services and products.
- Key Accountabilities and Scope
- Selling Albemarle Street Partners’ multi-asset solutions, including our model portfolio solutions and multi-asset funds.
- Coverage of the South of England alongside senior team members, servicing new and existing clients.
- Working closely with the partnerships team to collaborate on key accounts and co-ordinate new business activity.
- Booking and attending new business meetings, initially alongside senior team members and eventually independently.
- Managing meeting follow-up and the sales process with leads.
- Building close relationships with financial adviser clients and prospects through high service levels.
Working closely with the portfolio management team to prepare proposals, comparisons and investment committee packs.
- Attending proprietary and industry events to represent Albemarle, to identify and develop your own leads.
- Attending industry events, following-up after and booking events.
- Within 6 months of being in the role, you will autonomously manage client accounts and pipeline conversion and become a key member of the partnerships team.
- Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least two to three years’ experience in a sales team, including cold calling experience.
- Experience in investment management or asset management industry.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in investment management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
- Passion for providing outstanding client service and developing long-standing professional relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Proactive, curious, and motivated to learn, the preferred candidate will have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
- The candidate will be supported in their study and completion of the Investment Management Certificate.

- Experience in Model Portfolio Services (MPS), multi-asset solutions, or a discretionary investment sales team.
- Strong understanding of the UK financial adviser and intermediary market.
