Specialist Search & Selection Consultancy – Sales and Marketing

Near Sevenoaks, Kent

Up to £40k basic DOE plus uncapped commission

Due to exciting strategic growth plans for 2026 , an award‑winning, UK‑wide specialist Sales, Marketing, and Executive Search Consultancy is looking to hire driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and map out markets to identify and engage top talent for client requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates alike
• Develop new business opportunities across key markets and industry sectors
• Manage multiple accounts and projects with professionalism and attention to detail
• Coordinate interviews and guide both clients and candidates through the recruitment process
• Conduct targeted headhunting and talent searches for executive‑level roles
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to develop your market presence
• Maintain accurate records and client data on the company’s CRM system
