As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
  • Application Management: Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline.
  • Database Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions.
