Delivery Consultant – Executive Search, FinTech & Technology Software sectors - Hove
Up to £50k basic doe, NO SALES, working for established recruiters who currently bill in excess of £800k yearly! Opportunity to earn great commission as average invoice value is £40k! No threshold for delivery consultants.
Hove, East Sussex – 3 days in the office minimum – fantastic modern offices, parking onsite, gym onsite, break out areas, not KPI driven, regular incentives and trips away for top billers.
Full-Time preferred, part time considered if an exceptional delivery recruiter.

Role Overview: As a Delivery Consultant within our FinTech & Technology Software practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex, high-value searches on an international basis. You will work closely with our top-billing consultants, supporting large, strategic accounts and helping drive continued revenue growth.
This role is ideal for a delivery-led professional who enjoys operating at pace, thrives in high-expectation environments, and wants exposure to market-leading billers generating £800k+ annually, supporting them to scale even further.
