We’re Looking For- 360 experience in Insurance, Finance, Tech, or Change/Transformation sectors.
- £150k+ billers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, commercially driven, and a strong communicator.
- Junior recruiters with 1 year’s experience in recruitment or sales.
- London office launch in 2026 – looking for experienced Insurance, Tech, or Change/Transformation recruiters to build and lead a team.
- Entrepreneurial Insurance recruiters wanting to open a new office in a new location, the sky’s the limit!
- Degree is a bonus but not essential.
- Honest about motivations and billings.
