About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Romford, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous recruitment agency experience running a busy Catering or Industrial Temps Desk who is ready to take the next step in their career. With a strong client base and excellent market potential, you'll be stepping into a hot desk with real opportunity to develop into a management role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full 360 recruitment – business development, client management, candidate attraction and placement
- Manage and grow an existing temps desk in the Catering or Industrial sector
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Ensure compliance and maintain high standards of service delivery
- Attend client visits and represent the company professionally
- Work towards targets and KPIs with full autonomy over your desk
- Support and mentor junior consultants as the desk grows
Requirements:
- Proven experience running a busy temps desk in a recruitment agency environment
- Background in Catering or Industrial recruitment (essential)
- Strong business development skills with a track record of billing success
- Excellent candidate sourcing and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence (preferred for client visits)
