We are particularly interested in speaking to consultants with expertise in Technology (IT) and Business Transformation.
- Search Consultants with a track record of winning and delivering Retained and Executive Search mandates—particularly CTO, CIO, and Technology Leadership roles.
- Experience can span any industry, but a strong grasp of tech org structures and digital transformation hiring is essential.
- You’ll be working across mid to senior-level hires (salary banding typically £75K–£150K and contract rates of £500–£1,000 per day).
- A stable career history with at least 5 years in the recruitment industry.
- Proven track record in new business development and 360° recruitment delivery.
- Values-driven and collaborative, with a desire to grow in a professional, well-supported environment.
Generous salary with uncapped commission and 50% net-fee split on placements.
