An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and results-oriented Education Recruitment Consultant to join a thriving team based in London. This role involves sourcing high-quality teaching and support professionals for educational institutions across London while applying strong business development skills to grow and maintain client relationships.

- Implement strategic recruitment methods to attract and retain top education talent.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure suitability for a range of school-based roles.
- Deliver tailored recruitment solutions based on individual school needs.
- Work towards performance goals and KPIs with a focus on quality placements.
- Stay informed on industry developments, trends, and regulatory changes.
- Represent the organisation at networking events, career fairs, and school visits.
- Provide market insights to clients and candidates, including salary benchmarking and career advice.
- Maintain accurate records and track recruitment processes using a CRM system.
Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar target-driven environment (education sector experience preferred). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools. Understanding of the UK education landscape is advantageous.
Competitive base salary (£28,000–£35,000 DOE). Flexible working arrangements post-training. Permanent, full-time role (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, between 7am–6pm). Reduced hours during school holidays. Early finish or late start every Friday during term time. Extended lunch breaks. Staff discount and wellbeing programme (including EAP access).
