Our client, a growing specialist in the life sciences sector, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to focus on the European and/or US markets. You’ll be joining an experienced team of 10 recruiters who are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions to clients across international markets.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a warm desk, work in a supportive and ambitious environment, and earn from day one thanks to a zero-threshold, uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process within the life sciences sector across European and/or US markets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates internationally
- Develop new business opportunities while leveraging existing accounts
- Source, qualify, and place top-tier candidates in permanent roles
- Adapt to working across time zones where needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally in a technical or life sciences market
- Proven track record in billing and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, commercially minded, and target-focused
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
