Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences / Pharma

Horsham, West Sussex – parking on site and 10 minute walk from the train station

Office-based (4 days) Fridays WFH | £40k – £60k DOE Commission | Europe & US Markets

We’re a specialist Life Sciences recruitment team of 11, working across Europe and the US. Every consultant runs their own vertical – from BD Directors to Commercial CRO roles – giving you complete ownership and room to grow into a true market expert.

Earning Potential:

  • Consultants: Up to £40k base uncapped commission (our top recruiter bills £500k a year)
  • Expect to be billing £200k+ annually if you’re established

Work-Life Balance:

  • Mon–Thu: Office-based, 8:30 – 5:00
  • Fri: Work from home, early finish at 4:00

Support & Training:

  • Dedicated trainer onsite once a week
  • Bullhorn CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter licences, Paiger AI & Lusha at your fingertips

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced 360 Recruiters (min. 1 year) – Life Sciences/Pharma/Engineering ideally, but open to other technical markets

  • Team Player – thrives in a lively, collaborative culture
